• Expanded manufacturing and fulfillment capacity from 250k to over 1.25M annual units
• Directed product “design for manufacturing” and strategic sourcing responsible for a 40% reduction BOM costs and a 45% reduction in labor costs accounting for over $2.5 MM in annual savings.
• Implemented and administered company ERP system which manages purchasing, order management, and manufacturing.
• Implemented a supply chain that supplies major retail customers such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Amazon.com with 98% shipping accuracy and minimal charge backs.
